This is a tattoo design for my friend, whose super poetry you can find here [link]
It needs retouching and modifying, but this will do for now I did want it to really work, as a heart and whatever mechanism it ended up being (in the end a strange mixture of engine and clockwork - engine because the heart is like the body's motor, that keeps it running,and clockwork because the heart is sometimes called a "ticker" and it puts some perspective on the mortality of any creature who has that sort of a heart), but I'm rubbish and don't understand machines at this point, so it's just an arangement of parts |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
